Samuel (Jay) Cutrara, Jr., CPA, President

  

After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from St. John’s University, Jay worked at the public accounting firms of Pannell, Kerr Forster and Crowe Chizek.  Jay worked in the commercial audit divisions where he gained substantial experience and knowledge in accounting, audit, tax and sound business skills. Subsequent to his experience in public accounting, Jay was a controller for a mid-size privately held company.  In 1995, Jay joined Cutrara & Company where he continues to provide professional services and grow alongside many of our clients as well as managing our firm.

Samuel (Sam) J. Cutrara, CPA, MBA, Vice President

 

After receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, Sam served as a field artillery officer in the 1^st Infantry Division.  He subsequently joined the most highly respected international accounting firm, Arthur Andersen & Co., in its small business division, where he gained a strong knowledge base and skills. 

 

After serving as a CFO for a privately held manufacturing business, Sam started Cutrara & Company in 1972 and continues to serve its clients.  He upholds the concept of integrity and the Firm’s mission of providing the highest quality professional services with care and compassion.
